Job Description

Job Purpose The GCT Program Expert is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the GCT framework, ensuring they meet the requirements of time, budget, and quality. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Job Responsibility Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of projects according to the project plan, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule. Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within the planned budget. Define and manage project scope, ensuring project objectives are met. Regularly review project progress against schedules, budgets, and objectives, implementing corrective measures as needed. Coordinate with relevant sectors for efficient contract management, ensuring compliance with operational processes. Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Implement project management best practices to optimize project life cycle costs and operability. Analyze market best practices to identify potential areas for project improvement.
