Join us now and be part of this exciting adventure!What you have to doResponsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle for the Korea market. As the project owner, to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, scope and constraints. Develop a detailed project plan, including but not limited to timeline, milestones, resources allocation, and budget estimationDirect the project team by assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely project implementation.
Conduct regular meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and customers to provide updates on project status, milestones, risks, and issuesIdentify and allocate necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and budget, to support project activities. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to optimize project performance.
To identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standardsConduct project closure activities, including finalizing documentation, leading lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholdersWhat you need to haveBachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Automation, or related fieldsAt least 5 years of solid experience in project planning and delivery, with relevant project management skills and proficiency in various tools to support project deliveryKnowledge of warehouse operations, logistics management, and/or solution design in automation, 3PL, and related fields is highly preferredOrganized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working directly with external customers and/or contractors for project implementationProficient in both spoken and written English and/or MandarinCandidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Project ManagerIf your qualifications, experience, and aspiration match with our requirements, please share with us your resume with your current and expected salary.
