About The RoleWe're seeking a Remote Recruiter with strong experience hiring technicians in the United States.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle role where speed, communication, and execution matter. You'll source, screen, and onboard on-call 1099 field technicians for a variety of U. S. -based jobs (TV mounting, POS setups, general IT troubleshooting, etc. ). Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Hire 10+ technicians per week across the U. S.
without requiring internal approvals Proactively source candidates via Workable and external platforms/channels Ensure all hires meet job-specific requirements and are onboarded quickly into our system Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates (English only - no exceptions) Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipeline and progress Support weekend hiring as needed to manage recruitment volumeRequirements Must have experience hiring U. S. -based technicians (no exceptions) Experience using Workable or a similar ATS Strong sourcing skills and ability to recruit via multiple U. S.
