Product Architect

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements 10–15 years of experience in IT security or a closely related field, ideally within a multinational organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a high degree of self-motivation, goal orientation, and accountability.

Strong background in Information and Operational Technology (OT) environments, with hands-on experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, Networking technologies, OT security tools, Business applications and architectural frameworks In-depth understanding of IT/OT security processes, data classification, and industry-standard implementation methodologies. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls and related operational processes. A strong sense of personal accountability and decision-making capability, especially in cross-functional and matrixed environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex risks and issues clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Experience working in a collaborative, team-driven environment, fostering a mindset of cooperation and shared ownership. Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive business outcomes.
