Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a results-driven Automotive Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate dealer marketing initiatives and ensure the successful planning, coordination and execution of national and regional marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, retail effectiveness, and lead generation across our dealer network. Additionally, this role will deliver tactical communications that support brand communications objectives, product launches and retail campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive marketing, a proven track record of campaign delivery, and excellent stakeholder management skillsKey responsibilities:

Dealer Marketing Strategy and SupportDevelop and implement retail marketing programs tailored to support the dealer network and drive showroom traffic. Act as the primary marketing liaison for dealers, providing tools, assets, and guidance for local execution. Monitor dealer marketing compliance and brand alignment across all channels. Retail Communications and PromotionsSupport the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual retail promotional calendars in alignment with sales targets. Support local dealer network with customisable retail campaign dealer toolkits and POS assetsEnsure timely communication of campaign details, materials, and key messages to dealers and field teams.

Coordinate retail offer rollouts and ensure compliance with brand guidelinesPartner with dealers to execute high-impact, locally driven campaigns which are both aligned to the national campaigns and also drive engagement with local audiencesExperience in managing co-op budgets and claims processes with dealer partnersAssist in planning and executing in-dealership activations, launches, and eventsMonitor and report on campaign performance across retail partnersProvide training, support, and best practice sharing to dealer marketing teams. Facilitate feedback loops to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Campaign Execution ManagementLead end-to-end planning, execution, and post-analysis of national and regional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal sales events, and digital activations. Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, media, and agency partners to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery of campaigns. Oversee campaign asset development and manage approvals across stakeholders. Track campaign KPIs and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement. Reporting & Performance AnalysisTrack campaign performance using KPIs such as lead generation, dealer participation, and ROI. Compile and present post-campaign analysis reports to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the analytics team to improve targeting and personalisation.

National Campaign ManagementCampaign Management & ExecutionLead the implementation of marketing campaigns, from aligning the creative brief with the Marketing Director, through to deployment and post-campaign analysis. Work with the Marketing Director to align campaign strategies with overarching brand goals and commercial objectives. Coordinate internal stakeholders, creative agencies, media partners, and production suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Content & MessagingOversee development of marketing content across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and in-dealership channels. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all communications. Support the development of creative briefs and approve campaign assets in line with brand standards.

Project & Budget ManagementManage timelines, budgets, and production schedules across multiple campaigns. Track KPIs and ROI metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations for optimisation. Stakeholder CollaborationLiaise with product, sales, aftersales, digital, social, PR, and dealer network teams to ensure alignment and campaign support. Serve as the key campaign point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners. A chance to shape the launch of a global brand in a new marketA supportive and collaborative team culturePreferred competencies: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Advertising/Media, or related field. 5+ years' experience in marketing, with a strong preference for automotive or dealer-based marketing. Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, retail, ATL/BTL) and working with creative and media agenciesProficient in using marketing performance tools, campaign reporting tools and marketing project management platforms (e. g. , Monday. com, Trello or similar). Strong project management and strategic thinking in business action skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Excellent data driven decision making skills and the ability to influence up. Automotive experience highly regarded. Highly organized and confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, solutions-first attitude. Some travel may be required to visit dealerships and events. English is the preferred working language. No visa sponsorship will be provided. Office & Transport: Newly renovated modern office with electric adjustable sit-stand desks.
