Assists in ensuring critical Business Applications, specifically SAP ERP systems, are available twenty-four (24) hours per dayAssists with establishment and maintenance of user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systemsAssists with providing Management / Support of SAP ERP systems and SAP User /Group Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration and access, Data creation, management of roles and profiles, trouble-shooting in access problems and completion of on-site documentationAssists in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshootingAssists with providing application support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service and virus protection managementProvides direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services for relevant applications.
Assists with administration of Microsoft O365 Apps, connection to global VPN and other communication toolsAssists with GEK TERNA Group Websites administration, Active Directory Users & Groups administration and SharePoint administrationRequirements: 3 years of experience in ITSAP ERP good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications including patches. IT Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with earlier relevant experience. Strong PC skills based on Microsoft operating systems and applicationsPreferred knowledge of programming languages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PythonWilling to work a flexible schedule to carry out all major responsibilities.
This may include some evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of basic accounting principlesGood command of English languageCompetencies: High attention to detail and strong commitment to customer serviceStrong analytical mind, technical background, MCSE or strong networking skills.
