Our mission is to make fashion and lifestyle products accessible to everyone, everywhere — quickly, sustainably, and at scale.Business Development Manager – Marketplace (Turkey) We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and seller expansion for a rapidly growing global e-commerce platform in Turkey.What you’ll do:Lead seller acquisition and onboarding across multiple categories.Define and optimize commission models, campaign strategies, and marketplace policies.Build scalable seller management processes including SLAs, onboarding workflows, and integrations.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, logistics, and payment flows.Analyze performance and drive KPI-based growth in seller activity and revenue.Negotiate with sellers on commercial terms and promotional opportunities.Keep a close eye on the local competitive landscape and recommend strategic improvements.What we’re looking for:5–10 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace development, ideally within leading platforms Proven success in scaling marketplace or 3P business models.Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.Experience in process design, KPI management, and business modeling.Strategic, analytical, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
