Job Description:We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled GenAI Specialist to design and implement solutions using large language models (LLMs) that elevate marketing, customer experience, and creative processes. You’ll work on use cases ranging from automated briefing assistants and content classifiers to creative generation tools, and use workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) to orchestrate real-world applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement GenAI-based applications such as summarization, classification, copy generation, and knowledge assistants. Engineer effective prompts and fine-tune language models where needed. Build and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases. Use tools like n8n or similar workflow platforms to prototype, test, and automate AI processes across systems. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and campaign teams to integrate models into martech and CX platforms. Monitor output quality and ensure brand safety, tone consistency, and data compliance. RequirementsMSc or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, Computational Linguistics, or related field. Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Strong Python skills and familiarity with model evaluation and deployment. Experience with workflow tools like n8n, Make, or Airflow for rapid automation and integration. Solid understanding of GenAI risks (bias, hallucination) and mitigation strategies. Nice to HaveExperience in marketing technology, campaign automation, or customer journey personalization. Familiarity with data privacy and ethical guidelines in AI.
