The candidate will provide gender-lens training and consultancy, collaboration with various teams to ensure Morocco specific gender-lens considerations are embedded into all processes and decision-making will also be key tasks.QualificationsExpertise in Gender-Lens Policy analysis and development - Morocco Experience in training and consultancy on gender inclusivityStrong policy advocacy and collaboration skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of ethical and sustainable practices in businessBachelor's or Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Public Policy, Social Science, or a related fieldExperience working in diverse cultural and geographical settings is a plusEnglish C1 is required, French and Arabic are an asset
