About the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to take ownership of our Genedrive pharmacogenetics point-of-care test products. You’ll lead the charge from concept to market, managing the full product lifecycle, driving commercial growth, and supporting international business development efforts. Responsibilities:
Translate business strategy into effective go-to-market plansIdentify key market segments and drive clinical evidence generationManage the full product lifecycle and roadmapCollaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and commercial teamsLead product improvement and new development projectsDeliver high-quality sales and marketing collateralMonitor and support Post-Market Surveillance under IVDR regulationsRepresent the company at industry conferences and eventsProvide product expertise and training to partners and end-usersConduct competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of industry trendsQualifications:
3–5 years' experience in Product ManagementA degree in Science or MarketingExperience with IVD, molecular, or point-of-care diagnosticsProven commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsA proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented approachExperience launching products into the UK and international marketsCRM system familiarityWillingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)Required Skills: Strategic thinkerStrong communicatorAbility to juggle priorities in a dynamic environmentAbility to turn feedback into actionable product strategiesPreferred Skills: Experience in a med-tech companyFamiliarity with healthcare innovationPay range and compensation package: This is an office-based role requiring travel, including international, up to 25%.
