Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive (Onsite – Ubud, Bali)About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive to join our growing team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day financial transactions, ensure timely payments and collections, and maintain accurate financial records that support the overall health and efficiency of Bali Nexus Investment Partner.If you’re passionate about finance, love working with numbers, and want to be part of a dynamic team in a beautiful and inspiring location, this opportunity is for you!What You’ll DoAccounts Payable (AP):Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.Review and verify supporting documents and approvals before processing.Maintain organized payables records and reconcile with vendor statements.Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.Assist in managing petty cash and employee reimbursements.Accounts Receivable (AR):Generate and send invoices to clients and partners.Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.Reconcile payments with company records and bank statements.Maintain updated customer accounts and ensure credit policy compliance.Prepare regular AR reports for management review.General Accounting & Reporting:Maintain organized financial documentation in line with accounting standards.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Assist internal and external audits with accurate and timely documentation.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or investment).Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Accurate, or similar systems.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Effective communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.Based in or willing to work onsite in Ubud, Bali.Why Join Bali Nexus Investment PartnerAt Bali Nexus, we believe in empowering our people to grow with us.
