General Accountant

With a focus on achieving long-term success, Talent 360 ME enhances workforce performance and supports businesses in navigating their human capital challenges efficiently. Role Description This is a full-time on-site General Accountant role based in New Cairo. The General Accountant will manage and maintain financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and prepare financial statements. Day-to-day tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and collaborating with other departments to support business operations. The position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate financial reporting.Key Responsibilities• Manage sales, returns, payroll, and financial reports. • Handle budget planning and monthly reconciliations. • Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with HR for payroll processing. • Monitor expenses, revenues, and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Support management in financial forecasting and reports. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting. • Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliation, and reporting. • Good command of Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks). • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Experience in retail or e-commerce business preferred.• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
