POSITION SUMMARYDepartment: AccountingReport to: Restaurant Owner(s)/General DirectorDotted line to: Chief AccountantType: Full timeRole Purpose: The Accountant role will be handling all accounting and financial tasks of the store. This includes daily expense recording, payments, payroll preparation, tax support, and coordination with the outsourced chief accountant and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:1.      Daily Accounting & Finance Tasks:·        Record all daily expenses and revenues into the accounting system·        Work with the outsourced Chief Accountant to manage all money in and out·        Use the POS system to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports·        Support payroll preparation and calculation·        Assist with VAT reports and other tax requirements2.      Procurement & Logistics Support:·        Support purchasing and importing goods (coordinate with local logistics agent for imported food)·        Check and process supplier invoices and payments3.      Cashier Backup: Support cashier work when needed, including cash reconciliation and report preparation4.      General Support:·        Maintain proper filing of financial documents and receipts·        Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and the outsourced accountant when required·        Other tasks as assigned by managersProfessional Skills:·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)·        Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) and/or able to use English·        Careful, honest, and responsible in handling accounting & financial data·        Be able to multitask and work independently in a small business environment Key Experiences:·        College or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance·        At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting·        Have experience in using POS system, VAT, and payroll
