We’re hiring experienced Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines for 4 remote roles (work from home).We’re looking for experienced, detail-oriented VAs to fill 4 exciting new roles with our Australian-based clients in the construction and product distribution industries.Current Openings: 2x General Admin VA with Xero Experience (Full-Time) 1x General VA with Xero + Social Media Support (Full-Time) 1x General Admin VA (Part-Time)Compensation & Perks$1200 – $1400 AUD/month (Full-Time)15 paid leave days annuallyPerformance bonuses (quarterly + annual)Professional development opportunities100% remote (work from home) and long-termWhat You’ll Be DoingManage inboxes, customer enquiries, and internal documentation.Financial admin: invoicing, reconciling POs/bills, tracking payments.Support day-to-day admin, scheduling, and reporting.Create and format SOPs, proposals, and internal documents.Assist with data entry, order tracking, and project coordination.Light social media support (Canva + scheduling) — for 1 role onlyTools Xero (or QuickBooks)Google WorkspaceExcel, OutlookCanva (for social media support role)Wunderbuild (bonus)Xero, Google Workspace, Excel, Outlook, Wunderbuild (bonus)What We’re Looking ForYou’ll help to document and build systems and processes, manage inboxes, track job costs, and reconcile invoices, plus for one of these roles, you'll support social media tasks like Canva design and scheduling posts.
