Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facility ManagementOversee daily office operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and minor repairs of facilities, equipment, and vehiclesCoordinate with OB for services like cleaning, security, snack, and arrange support for internal events and meetings2.Procurement & Inventory ControlPurchase office supplies, equipment, and services by comparing vendors, negotiating, and tracking costs .Manage asset inventory—tracking, labeling, auditing, and coordinating maintenance schedulesAdministrative Support & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of documents, incoming/outgoing mail, petty cash, travel bookings, and vehicle schedulesPrepare periodic reports on GA activities, budget usage, asset status, and compliance documentation4.Vendor & Contract ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers; evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time payment5.Support Event & Employee ServicesProvide logistical support to meetings, workshops, visits, and other corporatesAssist with onboarding/offboarding by preparing workstations, facilitating IT setup, and helping arrange work permits or translations if neededRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in any field; Administrative, Management, or related fields preferred1–2 years of experience in GA, administration, or facility management rolesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail, integrity, ability to work under pressure, and proactive approach .Basic understanding of compliance, health‑safety regulations, and facility legal documentation
