As a General Affairs, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring seamless communication, efficient office management, and a professional environment where everyone can thrive. You’ll balance administrative precision with people-focused service, supporting employees, guests, and management alike.What You’ll Be DoingYour mission is to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine while representing Holland Colours’ culture of professionalism and responsibility. On a typical day, you will:Manage and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and messages.Greet guests and ensure a welcoming and professional first impression.Coordinate and supervise Office Boys (OB) and Security to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety.Oversee office supplies, utilities, and catering needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.Arrange and track deliveries, business travel, and logistics, especially for local trips to and from Surabaya.Coordinate the sales and documentation of recyclable or surplus materials.Support documentation and administrative processes across departments (HR, Finance, and Operations).Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.Perform other administrative or operational duties as required to keep things moving efficiently.Your background:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in office administration, front office, or general affairs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact professionally across all levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication preferred.Detail-oriented, service-minded, and always one step ahead in anticipating needs.
