Job DescriptionRecord, track and control expenses related to GA expense (Know which one GA cost that company bear and know which not)Manage daily and monthly driver schedules, reimbursement and ensure timely vehicle coordination (Know how to record driver schedule, know how to manage and coordination with each division that request to use driver and ops car and driver attandance)Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.Calculate driver & OB Overtime, check & submit for paymentHandle hotel bookings and travel arrangements for employees and guestsManage ticketing for domestic and international travel, including changes or cancellationsHandle for expatriate cathering & paymentProvide general administrative support for internal and external eventsJob RequirementsBachelor degree in any relevant fieldsProficient in Mandarin (HSK 5 and above are preferred)Experienced in general affairs, administration, or office managementStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Ppt)Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibilityWilling to work overtime
