We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Key Responsibilities:Execute purchasing processes for office, IT, and facility needs.Coordinate with internal teams for creative and asset procurement requirements.Manage asset tagging, maintenance, and insurance claims.Handle vehicle-related processes including purchase, tax renewal, and document changes.Oversee building renovation, cleaning, and general office operations.Support employee exit clearance and attendance approval processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Procurement or General Affairs.Strong knowledge of purchasing, vendor management, and asset control.Experienced in IT equipment, renovation, and vehicle administration.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.Leadership experience and problem-solving mindset.Full WFO — based in Kembangan, West Jakarta.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
