Through our hybrid model, subleasing, building, and a C2B marketplace — we help companies house and move their workers without operational headaches, while unlocking income for landlords and real estate owners.DescriptionGeneral Counsel📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)🕒 Type: Full-TimeAt Mnzil, we’re building more than spaces — we’re shaping the future of workforce housing with integrity and innovation.We’re looking for a General Counsel to lead our legal and compliance function, safeguard the company’s interests, and enable smart, scalable growth across Saudi Arabia and beyond.This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on legal professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands startup dynamics, and can translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance.🚀 Why Join UsMnzil is one of Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing startups — redefining how workforce housing and property operations are built, managed, and scaled.As our General Counsel, you’ll be the cornerstone of our legal foundation — ensuring Mnzil grows boldly yet responsibly, and helping shape the company’s journey from a local pioneer to a regional leader.Requirements3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, corporate structures, and labor law.Proven experience drafting and negotiating diverse types of agreements.Business-minded approach with the ability to balance risk and opportunity.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Experience in startups, real estate, or cross-border operations is a strong plus.Roles And ResponsibilitiesOversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across Mnzil’s entities and operations.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts — from commercial agreements to employment, real estate, and investment documents.Advise leadership on corporate governance, risk management, and legal strategy.Liaise with external counsel and government authorities (MISA, ZATCA, MOC, RERA, etc.) to ensure compliance and resolve issues efficiently.Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, partnerships, and international expansion.Develop internal policies, templates, and processes to ensure legal alignment across departments.Stay updated on local and regional laws affecting startups, real estate, and tech operations.
