Job Description: Team Leader - Project Sales (Residential Segment)Role Overview:The Team Leader for Project Sales in the Residential Segment will drive back-to-back project sales activities for Schneider Electric’s residential product range. This role involves leading a team of 3-4 sales professionals across multiple regions, ensuring the achievement of sales KPIs and expanding market presence, including in remote areas.Key Responsibilities:• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Plan and execute sales strategies for residential projects, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the residential and related market segments.• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale support.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.• Ensure effective coverage of assigned regions, including remote areas, through team coordination and resource allocation.• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans to address skill gaps.• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, operations) to deliver bundled solutions and cross-sell products.• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.• Uphold Schneider Electric’s values of integrity, accountability, and customer focus in all activities.Desired Attributes:• High energy, credibility, and integrity.• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.• Strong digital skills and openness to new technologies.• Customer-centric approach with a passion for building lasting relationships.KPIs:• Achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.• Team performance and development metrics.• Market share growth in assigned regions.• Customer satisfaction and retention.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Schneider Electric’s residential segment growth in Saudi Arabia while developing and leading a high-performing sales team. Qualifications:• University degree in Engineering or Commerce.• Minimum 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in sales and sales management.• Proven track record of sales performance and consistent sales closing.• Experience working in international or semi-international organizations preferred.• Demonstrated ability to sell and bundle packages, with cross-selling expertise.• Experience leading sales teams across multiple regions, including remote areas.• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.  Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
