Location: Bangkok, ThailandEmployment Type: Consulting / Project-BasedAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced General Insurance Specialist to support our Policy Administration Transformation Project in Thailand. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the transformation complies with all relevant regulatory guidelines and in managing effective engagement with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). This position is offered on a consulting basis and will be paid as part of the implementation program.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance matters impacting general insurance operations and policy administration.Coordinate and communicate with the OIC on regulatory filings, approvals, and compliance-related interactions.Review and advise on insurance product structures, policy lifecycle processes, and system alignment with Thai regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy administration workflows and systems meet local regulatory standards.Support documentation, testing, and validation activities to ensure a smooth implementation and compliance readiness.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in general insurance, with strong knowledge of policy administration and OIC regulations.Demonstrated experience in system or process transformation projects within the insurance sector.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Thai nationality or significant experience working within the Thai insurance regulatory environment preferred.What We Offer:Opportunity to contribute to a major insurance transformation initiative.Collaborative and professional work environment.Competitive consulting compensation, payable as part of the implementation project.
