The General assistant will support your team mate with daily operations, including assisting in aluminum pressing and covering tasks, quality checks, and the preparation of materials. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, working closely with team members, and ensuring production tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Ideally live in harlow you will be picked up in the morning and dropped off after work, self employed basis good rates of payQualificationsBasic skills in handling tools and equipment safelyAbility to follow instructions and execute tasks reliablyGeneral knowledge of workplace safety measures and best practicesPhysical stamina and ability to perform hands-on, manual tasksEffective communication skills and ability to work in a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new processesPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage but not necessary
