General Labourer

The Salthill Hotel is looking for a motivated General Labourer to join our dedicated team. As our Labourer you will play a key role in assisting with the renovations and upgrades to improve the guest experience at the hotel. This is a hand on position involving physical work, ideal for someone with construction, renovation or general labour experience.Main Duties:Assist as part of the team responsible for the refurbishment of hotel facilities and services.Assisting tradespeople with room renovations (e.g., painters, carpenters, electricians)Demolition and removal of old fixtures, furniture, or flooringLoading and unloading materials and toolsMaintaining cleanliness and safety of work areasAssembling and installing new furniture or fixturesFollowing site safety regulations and instructions from supervisor/managerPerforming general site cleanup and support tasks as neededEnsure that all maintenance activities and procedures adhere to applicable Health and Safety legislation, policies and best practice guidelines.Requirements:Safe pass certification is desirable. Ability to follow safety guidelines and site protocols.
