Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.At Univercells Technologies, part of Donaldson Company Inc., we are redefining biomanufacturing to make biologics more accessible and affordable worldwide.As part of the Finance Team you will handle the full range of accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.This position is based in Nivelles, working closely with the Finance team in Leuven.What is in it for youA long-term contract in a fast-growing international companyA competitive salary package including health insurance, pension plan, and meal vouchersProfessional growth opportunities within Univercells Technologies and DonaldsonA collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven environment where your impact mattersYour ResponsibilitiesFinancial OperationsRecord daily accounting transactions and maintain general ledger accountsPrepare journal entries, accruals, and variance analysesPerform month-end closing and reconciliationsConduct monthly balance sheet reviewsMonitor treasury movements and payroll accountingTrack customer and supplier balancesTax & CompliancePrepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, Intracom, Intrastat, Form 281.50, corporate tax, etc.)Support internal and external auditsContribute to the preparation of NBB annual accountsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal policiesReporting & SupportMaintain accounting controls and propose process improvementsSupport management with ad-hoc financial analysis and project workMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experienceSolid understanding of general accounting principlesAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsFluent in French and English (written and spoken)Preferred QualificationsExperience in an international or industrial environmentProficiency with ERP systems (Odoo or Oracle preferred)US GAAP is a plusEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
