This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and strategic growth in alignment with their mission to deliver superior building products.Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, safety, quality, logistics, and maintenance.Indirectly manage 50 employees with 5 direct reports.P&L responsibility of the multi-million-dollar facility.Mentor and develop a high-performing team culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.Implement LEAN strategies to revitalize operations and enhance productivity to increase margins.Experience Needed5+ years of manufacturing management experience at a company in the finished goods industry (building materials desired).Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.Previous experience managing a multi-million-dollar P&L.Turnaround experience extremely beneficial.Exceptional leadership skills.
