Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving the sales targets for the assigned half of Franco Africa (FA) countries.Field Operations Enhancement: a. Implement MedPro – field reporting system. b. Ensure adherence and analyse interior tour plans. c. Manage the recruitment process through portal. d. Oversee promotional input distribution and update stock in portal. e. Ensure expense submission and control through the expense portal.Maintain field attrition below 15% in the assigned countries.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promo activities; aim at retaining existing Drs and add new Drs as per the growth for annual business growth.Ensure sales loss remains below 2%.Develop and maintain strong relationships with top doctors, grossists, promo agents, and internal field team members to support smooth business operations.Ensure implementation of field training programs focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, and practical application.Identify and develop new areas for field expansion to achieve 7–8% growth in coverage annually.
