A client within the heavy rental business is looking for their next General Manager to lead the business in Saudi Arabia Ideal candidate would have strong experience within the region and across the rental sector You must have 5+ years of experience at a GM level or similar and 10+ years of experience within the KSA region ideally across the eastern region ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to a team of peopleManage operations and finances of businessRecruit and train new hires on business practicesDrive development of employees10+ years of leadership experience Arabic speaking a big mustEnsure that quality of work or service is maintained
