Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required. Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred. Green Belt certified. Experience: Significant experience required, including supervisory, product, customer, and budgetary experience.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.Collaborate with the sales team to set goals and monitor performance.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.Work with marketing to develop campaigns that align with sales objectives.Required Skills And ExperienceA strong background in customer relations is essential to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.Knowledge or experience in strategic business planning and change management methodology.Familiarity with multiple market segments in Winnipeg and the surrounding area.Traveling to be expected: 25%Team size you will oversee: 20-25PG In-shop and industrial business backgroundExperience leading remote teamsCompensation And BenefitsBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
