Learn more about the role below and apply today!About The RoleThe General Manager (GM) is the leader of a restaurant and oversees a team of 50+ employees. The ideal individual is a self-motivated, engaging, and passionate leader who wants to achieve more for the business through creating Golden guest and team member experiences. The GM has a 50-hour work week*, usually consisting of five 10-hour days. We are all about flexibility to meet the needs of the business and you are in control of your schedule. Some nights and alternating weekend schedules will help you make the most out of this opportunity.Note: the 10 additional hours past the normal 40-hour week is considered overtime at the standard time-and-a-half benefit.PAY & REWARDS Competitive pay between $26-35/hour (~ $74,360-$96,200/annually*), depending on experience, with quarterly performance reviews Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus program Bonuses for successful visits, well-run shifts, and more!The average restaurant manager for this location can easily earn $90-110k+ annually with the right focus, determination, and plan!
