Working at Canvas will not always be easy, but it is a rewarding work environment with the opportunity to work along side the Principals of the company with significant growth potential.The position will be responsible for creating and implementing the business plan for all operational and financial aspects for both multifamily and commercial properties in intown Atlanta. Responsibilities will include: driving tenant experience, leasing, budget tracking, and analyzing data and financials to push business plans at the properties, and overseeing property upkeep and maintenance.ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong relationships with tenants using a hospitality touchSupervise all property staffOverseeing the business plan for the property to maximize rental rates, occupancy and NOIProperty level budget trackingAssist all outside vendors with property issuesCoordinate all work orders with internal staff, tenants and outside vendorsTo be successful in the role, the candidate should:Enjoy serving others with a hospitality mindsetHave a meticulous attention to detail with a process driven work flowBe intellectually curious and drawn to challengesHave a strong work ethic and act with a sense of urgencyBe self aware with the ability to own mistakes, learn and growBe able to think creatively and outside the boxQualifications1 to 5+ years of real estate or hospitality experienceDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsHospitality mindset with a great bedside manner
