They are seeking an experienced operations leader to join their team, and lead the site to success in a Facility Manager /Accountable Manager role.Position OverviewThis role oversees and optimises operations across departments, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high performance. It requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement, cost control, and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership: Streamline processes, allocate resources effectively, and drive efficiency.Process Improvement: Use data and feedback to enhance workflows, reduce waste, and improve service.Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, report progress, and address gaps.Resource & Cost Management: Manage budgets, improve cost-efficiency, and ensure quality.Team Leadership: Mentor managers, foster a high-performance culture, and encourage collaboration.Strategic Planning: Support long- and short-term plans; provide operational and financial reports.People Management: Partner with HR on staffing, compliance, and employee relations.Project Management: Lead facility expansions and introduce new capabilities.Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain client focus, resolve issues, and ensure service standards.Health & Safety: Enforce regulations, manage risks, and ensure a safe workplace.Logistics & Supply Chain: Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relations for cost-effective operations.Qualifications & Experience8–10 years in operational management, ideally in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or MRO.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA, Part 145).Proven leadership, budget management, and strategic planning experience.Expertise in logistics, supply chain, and customer-facing operations.Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP/Prince2, or Quality Management advantageous.Fluent in English; Dutch desirable.SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Analytical, organised, resilient, and able to inspire diverse teams.Equal OpportunitiesCapilaux is proud to represent a client that is an equal opportunities employer.
