Job Description

We are conducting a confidential search for a Commercial General Manager to lead and strengthen our national commercial strategy. This executive role is ideal for a senior leader with strong strategic vision, financial acumen, and proven experience driving sustainable business growth through high-performing teams.Position SummaryThe Commercial General Manager will be responsible for leading the overall commercial operation, defining and executing the national growth strategy, and ensuring profitability and operational excellence across all business units. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, structure, and optimize the national commercial organization to achieve corporate objectives.Develop and execute the Commercial Strategic Plan aligned with company goals.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.Oversee client portfolio management and long-term relationship development.Develop, execute, and monitor the annual commercial budget (sales and expenses).Align business unit objectives with the overarching commercial strategy.Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational execution across units.Establish and track key management indicators to ensure results.Lead new market expansion and strategic client acquisition.Ensure strong accounts receivable management and financial discipline.Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and demand generation.Oversee purchasing decisions within business lines to ensure supply continuity and healthy inventory rotation.Lead, coach, and develop the commercial leadership team, including performance management and structured follow-ups.Key CompetenciesStrategic and change-oriented mindset.Strong leadership and team development capability.Results-driven with high accountability.Strong business and financial acumen.Customer-centric approach with advanced negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong risk assessment capability.High credibility and executive presence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields.MBA or Master’s degree in Business and/or Sales preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within technical, engineering, or technology-driven organizations.Advanced Spanish and English proficiency.Additional InformationExecutive-level supervisory role with full responsibility for the commercial organization.Travel required for client meetings and corporate engagements.
