You will be responsible for the entire P&L, driving sustainable growth, customer excellence, and organizational efficiency for the business.This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssume full P&L accountability, developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for profitable and sustainable growth.Lead, mentor, and inspire a significant team, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and strong employee engagement.Drive excellence across all business functions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.Lead all commercial activities, including strategic client relationship management, market expansion, and complex contract negotiation.Manage key stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and major clients, acting as the primary representative for the company in-country.Ensure robust financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.Guarantee robust compliance and corporate governance in accordance with all relevant legislation.Candidate ProfileTo be considered for this critical role, you must possess:Senior Leadership Experience: A proven track record as a General Manager, Managing Director, Commercial Director, CFO, or a similar senior leader within a complex business.P&L Management: Demonstrable experience in managing a full P&L with a focus on driving profitability.Leadership Skills: Direct experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.Commercial Acumen: A strong strategic and commercial mindset with a clear history of identifying opportunities and driving business growth.Execution Focus: A strong executor with the ability to translate strategy into tangible results and manage multiple priorities effectively.Language: Fluency in English is mandatory
