Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all phases of project execution—from dismantling and transportation to construction and commissioning—ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Oversee procedural land acquisition and development for plant construction. Develop and finalize local vendor partnerships for construction and related services in Gabon. Provide strong leadership to multi-functional teams including contracts, procurement, construction, and commercial, to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain optimal manpower levels and build a high-performance project team. Ensure successful achievement of individual and team KPIs aligned with company goals.
Drive strong stakeholder relationships including government agencies, electricity departments, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams. Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules (PERT/CPM), and establish short- and long-term targets. Enforce the highest standards of health, safety, and quality with zero-tolerance compliance. Conduct periodic reviews and implement corrective actions and catch-up plans to mitigate delays. Ensure strict compliance with all statutory regulations and internal SOPs.
