GENERAL MANAGER / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER ( BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT )

Key Responsibilities:·        Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives·        Identify new market opportunities and conduct business analysis·        Direct marketing initiatives based on market research within the business ·        Generate revenue and promote the company's consumer and corporate loan products while maintaining brand value·        Mobilize funds from corporate bodies, individuals, and cooperatives·        Ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML/CFT policies and regulations·        Provide proactive customer service·        Support the Executive Management in ensuring clear corporate objectives are metRequired Qualifications:·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)·        Minimum 12 years post-NYSC experience in Finance Companies, Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, or CBN-licensed lending institutions·        At least 7 years cognate business experience in funds mobilization (Abuja market experience is an advantage)·        IPPIS portfolio management experience (added advantage)·        Professional qualifications: CIBN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent·        Strong knowledge of Abuja business dynamics with established network·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills·        Result-oriented with strong marketing skills·        Self-confident and self-driven
