General Manager (Egypt)

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale our operations in Egypt. This role is responsible for driving commercial and operational performance, shaping business strategy, establishing strong leadership structures, and ensuring sustainable growth in line with the company’s global vision.Role ProfileLead end-to-end business operations in Egypt, including production, supply chain, sales, and financeDevelop and execute strategic business plans aligned with global growth targetsEnsure operational excellence, efficiency, and quality standards across production facilitiesBuild and manage high-performing local teams; foster strong leadership cultureDrive P&L performance, budgeting, cost control and financial disciplineManage government, commercial, and external stakeholder relationshipsEnsure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and safety standardsIdentify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred)15+ years of leadership experience in production in FMCG, textile, footwear (experience in proven factory & commercial management experience, in footwear production is preferred)Proven track record in general management, P&L ownership, and factory operationsExperience working in emerging markets and multicultural environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in Arabic and TurkishWillingness to be based in Egypt full-time
