As demand accelerates, Europe has become a key strategic growth market.We are now seeking a highly capable and motivated General Manager – European Sales to lead the European expansion and build on the success achieved to date.About the RoleReporting to the CEO (based in Australia). As part of the global Executive Leadership Team, you will have full accountability for our European business Sales, operations and commercial performance. You will have two team members reporting into you, a marketing assistant based in England and one Business Development Manager based in Netherlands. In addition, you will have a dedicated team member based in Australia who supports Europe with Packaging and MarketingYou will drive sales growth, as well as co-manage operational processes and ensure that healthcare partners receive the highest levels of support and service.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership· Develop and execute the European growth strategy, with a focus on healthcare and elderly care markets.· Build and lead the European commercial team to deliver strong revenue and market share growth.· Identify and engage with key healthcare distributors, partners, and decision-makers across priority countries (e.g. Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany).· Lead market entry strategies for new European territories.Strategic & Financial Leadership· Drive Sales growth· Own and deliver on regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts.· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, to inform strategy.· Represent the European business at the global Executive Leadership Team meetings.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:· Hold an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable).· Be proficient in written and verbal English along with at least one major European language· Potentially have a Clinical background with sales experience with qualifications in either Speech Language Therapy or Dietetics· Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a creative, solutions-focused approach to overcoming challenges in fast-growing markets.· Have proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in Clinical Food, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.· Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams across multiple countries.· Possess a deep understanding of European business practices, and cultural nuances· Be highly adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.Frequent traveling is required for this role!Why Join?We’re a growing, family-run business that truly cares about its people.
