This position plays a key leadership role in working with executives and department heads to achieve company objectives and maximize business performance.주요 업무 / Key Responsibilities회사의 경영 전략 수립 및 실행 총괄 Lead and execute company-wide business strategies.부서별 목표 설정 및 성과 관리 Set departmental goals and monitor performance metrics.예산, 재무, 인사, 영업 등 주요 부문 통합 관리 Oversee financial, HR, and operational management across all departments.시장 및 경쟁사 분석을 통한 비즈니스 기회 발굴 Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.조직 문화 조성 및 직원 역량 개발 추진 Foster a positive organizational culture and support staff development.경영진 및 이해관계자(Stakeholders)와의 커뮤니케이션 담당 Serve as a key liaison between management and stakeholders.주요 프로젝트 및 신규 사업의 실행 감독 Supervise execution of major projects and new business initiatives.자격 요건 / Qualifications경영학, 경제학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 이상 학위 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.최소 8–12년 이상의 관리 및 리더십 경험 Minimum 8–12 years of leadership or managerial experience.전략 수립, 예산 관리, 팀 리딩 경험 필수 Proven experience in strategy development, budget management, and team leadership.강력한 문제 해결 및 의사결정 능력 Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.영어 및 한국어 의사소통 능력 우수자 Excellent bilingual communication skills (Korean & English).다양한 이해관계자와의 협력 및 네트워킹 역량 Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.우대 사항 / Preferred Qualifications글로벌 또는 다국적 기업 근무 경험자 Experience working in a global or multinational organization.신사업 개발 또는 조직 혁신 프로젝트 주도 경험 Experience leading business development or organizational innovation projects.특정 산업(제조, IT, 서비스, 금융 등) 전문 지식 보유자 Industry expertise (e.g., manufacturing, IT, services, finance, etc.).경영학 석사(MBA) 학위 소지자 우대 MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.고용 형태 / Employment Type정규직 (임원급 / Executive Level) Full-time (Executive Level)
