General Manager (UAE)Location: Dubai / UAE (multi-location role)Package: AED 12,000 – 14,000 per month + potential revenue shareBenefits: Flight ticket, visa, and healthcare providedAbout the company:The company is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing padel club chains, built around community, accessibility, and high-quality facilities. With 4 active locations across Dubai and Sharjah — including City Centre Me’aisem, Wafi Mall, Dubai Investments Park, and City Centre Zahia Sharjah — we are now expanding into Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, and, along with 3–4 new sites in 2026.We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager to oversee our operations across all clubs, drive revenue, and lead the next phase of growth.Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership:Oversee day-to-day operations across all our locations, ensuring smooth functioning, high-quality customer experience, and operational consistency. • Team Management:Manage all club staff including receptionists, coaches, and operations teams. Build and train a strong support layer where needed. • Revenue Growth & Partnerships:Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through memberships, court bookings, corporate packages, and private events.Build new collaborations with brands, hotels, schools, and corporate partners. • Tournaments & Community:Plan and execute engaging tournaments, social events, and community programs to strengthen player retention and brand presence. • Business Development:Work directly with the owner to identify new club opportunities, oversee new location launches, and contribute to expansion plans. • Marketing & Brand Growth:Coordinate with marketing to ensure digital presence (Instagram, Google Reviews, collaborations) reflects our active and premium image. • Performance Reporting:Track KPIs, generate performance reports for each location, and recommend improvements to optimize profitability.Requirements • Proven experience as a Manager or General Manager at a padel or sports club in the UAE. • Deep understanding of the UAE padel ecosystem — community, player base, partnerships, and event networks. • Strong organizational and leadership skills with hands-on operational experience. • Commercial mindset — capable of driving revenues and managing budgets. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. • Active padel player with solid understanding of the game and community dynamics. • Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai/Abu Dhabi.Why Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to join our company at a key inflection point — with multiple new clubs opening in 2026 and strong brand recognition across the UAE.
