SPDL-Sarker Properties and Developments Ltd. is looking for General Manager (GM), SalesJob Description / ResponsibilityCoordinate daily sales activities across different projects (land, apartment, commercial, township developments).Prepare, update and maintain sales dashboards, reports and pipelines.Ensure timely communication of leads, follow-ups and client queries to the sales team.Support in price negotiations, preparing quotations and assisting in client proposals.Handle booking forms, MoUs, agreements and other sales-related documents.Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation before handover.Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding sales-related queries.Schedule site visits, meetings and follow up on client feedback.Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.Develop annual and project-wise sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue plans in coordination with Finance and Marketing.Drive project-based retail sales through site and regional teams, ensuring alignment with project launch plans, pricing, and promotional strategies.Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture in SalesEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Office Management, Legal Affairs, Marketing and SalesExperience Requirements3 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate,DeveloperJob LocationDhaka (Uttara Sector 11)
