This position leads the strategic delivery of the Associate Attraction Strategy, inspiring and engaging exceptional future teachers and leaders to join the education system. With 3 direct reports and a broader team of approximately 20, the pivotal role demands visionary leadership, strategic acumen and innovation, plus a deep commitment to educational equity.In This Role, You Will Shape strategy: Develop and execute TFA’s attraction strategy to grow the appeal of their flagship teacher and leadership programs Lead innovation: Drive brand, marketing, recruitment and admissions with creativity, out-of-the box thinking, and impact Build partnerships: Cultivate relationships with universities, government and education institutions Unite teams: Align efforts across marketing, recruitment, admissions and placement for a seamless candidate experience through a unified, collaborative approach Champion growth: Identify new opportunities and revenue streams to amplify TFA’s reach and impactAbout YOU Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, with a track record in strategy, marketing and growth Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build partnerships that drive impact, particularly with government and education institutions Strong leadership and coaching skills, and able to lead, inspire and motivate diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful operational outcomes Solutions-oriented, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptable approach A strong understanding of TFA and its programs, and a commitment to addressing educational inequityGembridge Australia champions diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment.
