The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional in-home care services while meeting organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining strong community relationships, and driving operational efficiency. The role also entails monitoring compliance, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of compassionate care and excellence.QualificationsLeadership and Management Skills: Experience in team management, staff development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Operational and Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, business planning, and operational efficiency strategies.Customer Relationship and Community Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, address challenges effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the home care or healthcare industry is preferred.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is strongly desired.Other Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a passion for improving the lives of older adults.
