General Manager

Job Title: General Manager - FM & MarineLocation: Abu DhabiAbout the Company:Our client is a Regional Real Estate Developer with multiple subsidiary divisions. Key Responsibilities:· Drive end-to-end management of multiple subsidiary divisions; ranging from operations, client service, project execution and financial performance alignment with strategic objectives.· Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate potential merger or acquisition opportunities to expand the company's market share and service offerings. Conduct due diligence and lead integration efforts for any new business units.· Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base for each subsidiary. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.· Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining high standards of quality.· Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of all companies, including budget planning, cost control, and revenue growth. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. Requirements:Must have minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum of 20+ years’ experience in a senior management roleSignificant experience in at least two of the following fields: property management, facilities management, landscaping, or marine dredging.Proven experience in at least two of the following fields: property management, facilities management, landscaping, or marine dredging.Proven financial acumen and a deep understanding of budgeting and profit and loss statements.What We Offer:On Offer:Competitive salary of circa AED 65,000 per month The opportunity to work with a highly reputable Master Developer Excellent career progression
