Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (International Call Center) located in Dhaka. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the call center operations, including managing staff, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of performance targets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, maintaining high levels of customer service, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and ensure performance targets are metExperience in the BPO industry, specifically in call center operations, customer support, and back-office servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team membersStrategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement and oversee business strategiesProficiency in using call center software and technology, as well as knowledge of industry best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in the financial services, real estate, or lead generation sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree
