Position Summary:LTD Material Da Nang is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Vietnam facility, including administration, HR, finance, and production coordination. The General Manager will be responsible for managing office personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining communication with headquarters in the United States.This position requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in business administration, team management, and manufacturing operations—ideally with experience in the semiconductor, glass, or materials manufacturing sectors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily business operations including HR, finance, purchasing, logistics, and production coordination.Lead, train, and support office and administrative personnel to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control in coordination with LTD Material USA.Maintain and develop supplier, vendor, and customer relationships in alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with U.S. headquarters on strategic planning, production scheduling, and project execution.Supervise general facility management, maintenance schedules, and environmental compliance.Monitor performance metrics, set targets, and implement continuous improvement strategies.Oversee documentation and recordkeeping related to quality control, safety, and administrative compliance.Represent LTD Material Da Nang in external audits, inspections, and official communications.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Experience: Minimum 7 years of managerial or executive experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or industrial environments.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).Proven ability to manage multi-departmental teams and cross-border coordination.Sound knowledge of financial and operational management principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.Preferred:Experience with U.S.-based manufacturing operations or joint ventures.Familiarity with semiconductor, glass, or quartz material manufacturing processes.Understanding of EH&S and ISO 9001 compliance.
