Operationally.Your RoleYou’ll own the P&L across multiple GCC markets and take full responsibility for scaling a courier and express business that already has traction - and now needs velocity. You’ll drive both top & bottom line growth and operational discipline: from unlocking new markets and services to fixing cash cycles, optimizing delivery networks, and improving client experience.What you’ll focus on:Lead full-stack express and e-commerce logistics across domestic, cross-border, and last-mileScale operations across multiple GCC markets with speed and structureDrive commercial growth - BD, pricing, wallet share, enterprise winsBuild route density, optimize courier productivity, and reduce COD/RTO noiseOverhaul tech, data, reporting, and SLA tracking across functionsLead multi-site teams across sales, operations, client success, and fulfillmentOwn service levels, profitability, and the market reputationMust-Have15+ years in courier/express/CEP logistics with strong exposure to GCCA mix of commercial and ops leadership - pricing, sales, margin controlProven track record of entering new markets and scaling servicesDeep hands-on knowledge of COD, RTO, routing, and productivity leversLeadership style that’s visible, field-focused, and respected by the front lineExperience operating in high-growth or founder-led setups is preferredNext StepsUpload your resume via our ATS platform and ensure all form details are complete.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5–7 working days for a detailed discussion about the role.
