Job Title: General Manager – OperationsLocation: Khed Shivapur, PuneTravel Required: YesExperience: 8–10 years in Operations/Manufacturing ManagementQualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical EngineeringRole Summary:The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring alignment with the organization’s global strategy. The role involves managing manufacturing, project engineering, service, quality, and supply chain functions to achieve operational excellence, financial goals, and a high-performance work culture.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage local operations to meet strategic, financial, and productivity goals.Drive cultural values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and accountability across teams.Oversee end-to-end project execution, from machine development to installation and service.Ensure manufacturing systems optimization, quality improvement, and on-time project delivery.Manage supplier performance, procurement processes, and compliance with safety regulations.Forecast and manage budgets, resources, and manpower planning effectively.Support sales and business development through customer engagement and operational efficiency.Serve as Factory License holder and maintain legal director responsibilities.Core Competencies & Skills:Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven experience in project and manufacturing management.Hands-on knowledge of machining, assembly, workflow, and quality control.Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Projects).Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.English fluency; occasional international travel required.Preferred Skills:Experience in multi-country operations or capital equipment industry.ERP implementation exposure.PMP certification (preferred).Experience in setting up or managing new facilities/start-ups.Interested candidate can send their CV's directly to John.ar@stancosolutions.com or 8056860077 (WhatsApp Only) - Subject: GM-Operations _ Total EXP_ Current CTC_ Exp CTC_ NP
