The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and operations activities to ensure efficient processes, high levels of customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Key tasks include managing sales operations, improving customer service standards, streamlining operational efficiency, and driving alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.QualificationsProven capabilities in Sales and Sales Operations, with a focus on driving revenue and meeting targets.Strong expertise in Operations Management, ensuring streamlined processes and efficiency.Excellent skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build long-term client relationships.Ability to lead teams effectively, making data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.Experience in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software for managing sales operations will be an added advantage.
