General Manager (Ship Management)

Qualifications :Master Mariner (FG Class 1) Certificate of Competency preferred; alternatively, a degree in Maritime, Naval Architecture or related field. LNG/FSRU experience would be preferred.Minimum 10 years’ experience in the maritime industry, including at least 3 years in senior management within ship management, ship owning, or related fields.In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, ship operations, technical management, and crewing.Strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing budgets and business development.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Track record of driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.Able to work in a multicultural environment
