Descrição da FunçãoAs an General Manager (GM) at Arctic Juice & Cafe you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of your location and/or assigned area. You will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and developing a strong and motivated team. This position reports directly to the operations head or a higher management level. As a GM at Arctic Juice & Cafe you have a very specific responsibility to oversee the business unit, and be the principal face of the company, and number one ambassador.
